Many policy at bny is supportive like free meal, good hike and package and overtime bonus us best as at times of surplus work we need to work extra hours

Work environment not supportive for diversity and management is unable to help employees for growth ,felt helpless at ine point.

Salary or compensation is less. Work life balance shall be appreciated. My manager always provides work based upon incidents created paved the way for AE deployments. Identified quite shortly and posted in the group. Many challenges met during conversations during decommissioning procedure. AE deployment is major achievement for the year.

Dislikes

Work satisfaction and communication problem happens inspite of thorough work handling process being not accomplishing on time.

In equal distribution on work , pramotion and salary , in the last 2 years there were n number of freshers and there is only new hiring and the existing resources are exploited. They new joine have better pay than seniors and trainers. The position they got through promotion is now an entry level position. This leased no work satisfaction.

...vestment banks. They provide best food facility, cab facility, medical facility. A good amount of bonus and hike.

Dislikes

People are wired, they are arrogant in nature if you are out of pune person. Managers will make u fun in front of everyone and make laugh everyone. Managers behaves like fresher.

Good salary and another good thing is good culture. We have hybrid model work from office here !!

Dislikes

No job security. They have some low market projects in that company. Don't try to join those projects. Literally no job security and no skill development you can find there. Eg : Real Estate Fund Accounting.
