I had a great experience with BNSE Design solutions. I've been worked here for 2 years and now I got a good opportunity with other company. In BNSE they have a great working culture and peaceful environment. Once we get enter into BNSE you are offering to learn more things related to your career. Employees are no need to worry about the job safety if you are good in technical and discipline waise.

There are lot of dislikes like descrimination, politics, religion etc. local people takes more power and cornering others. Too much politics and management culture is very worst. No growth in work and knowledge. Ruling people can take any advantage like late coming, gaming during office hours, talking, taking more break. Others who are other part of India need to follow all rules.

It was a good company earlier. But now it is a health hazard.

I do not know where to start. If I could give a negative rating I would do that. The company director Mr Nithyakumar has no sense. There was no place inside to build a washroom. So he has built it on the balcony! Also there is leakage flowing down from the first floor balcony where the earlier office washroom is located to ground level. The washroom has been built using steel deck sheets. So one can imagine the state of the firm. The previous HR, a person called Sandeep Karthikeyan who does not even have a degree used to micromanage employees and scold them if they come late even though he used to come three hours late and leave one hour. He had to quit from the firm. They hired a new character called Lawrence as HR who is even worse. There is a severe favoritism towards employees he likes. It is a US firm but one cannot expect support for certifications like a PE license in US or even chartered engineer license. Not only that the senior most employees are not given further increments and are harrased until they quit. Since the company only does wood projects the employees who stay with the firm for a long time and are forced to quit later find it very difficult for jobs and to transition to concrete projects. Even recently the senior most employees had to quit. Do not believe any positive reviews given anywhere about this firm. It has been given by employees who have been shown favoritism by the management. If one is confused about what review to believe then just talk to employees who have been with the organization when it started in 2016. Also just see the condition of the washroom if you go for a face to face interview. Then you will find out the actual truth about this firm. The earlier employees here were not given PF until a lot of employees started to quit. All in all this firm is not good for an engineer's career.
