Great global organisation, huge credibility, one of the strongest banks in the world, Proud to be part of the the bank.

...the management, no pre-decided policy, CEO's wish. Nasty case of favouritism. Salary / Appraisal : Starting salary is very attractive because of desperation of the management to recruit. Subsequent increments and incentives are poor, because the franchisee is loss-making. Travel : Policy created & mismanaged by the top management Politics : Abundant, bad to worse, unfortunate. Learning : Great personal connectivity, no professional learning. Work Environment : Was very good before 2012, worsened after that by the new management, as a result, cost escalated & the business started making loss. Innovation : NIL, the organisation hadn't invested in technology, customers have no online facilities, software used is prone to mistakes, hence not comparable to the forward looking peers. Work-life Balance : Good, could have been better

BNP Paribas carries good brand legacy to begin with. Adequate job security once you gets permanent. Since its an European bank, it has policy of announcing bonus every year, which is roughly 10-15% of yearly CTC.
