Internal growth is extremely slow and very unfair. Lot of politics. Salary hike in appraisals is extremely low.. Instead same designation person hired from outside get atleast 40% more salary than a internally promoted person :(

Good people and friendly working environment. Lots of fun and young organization. Good food with lots of options in Chennai.

Tenured employees are not provided their due appreciation in terms of their salary corrections. Very conservative.

No growth and no good hikes they want to have automation done but they won't pay good if you are in application support so don't try bothering putting your best just be like average and spend your time up skilling yourself .

It has Beena good experience so far, they are a people friendly organisation . people are good, management if friendly. They hear you out in case of difficulties. that's what is important

Basic salary component is very low so HRA exemption cannot be claimed. LTA is part of salary component. however they give other benefits like food allowance, WFH allowance

Too much work pressure work 14-16 hours 50% time of the month. Salary bar is too low as per the company fresher (Associate) get 2.9 lack CTC
