Just working for salary, It may be a good one if working onroll but for offroll employees, it's the other side of the story

Parity, No support, for everything ( Training, access related & also other scenarios)

Good supportive and motivating management Coordination among team members No difference among seniors and juniors. Excellent Team building and fun activities

Dislikes

Salary benefits little low than comparable to industry standards No cabs provided. At least point pick up and drop would help employees travelling quite long distance from office

Good work culture and environment. Appraisal is good based on performance with salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

Management issues like other companies apart from this excessive work load with lot of pressure and too many manual work. So no work life balance, it is based on my experience it might differ from other team.

... payment so it's same pay for everyone irrespective of no of hours you clock in. No hike in salary for IJP both vertical and horizontal movements

Work life balance is not good for everyone, if you have banking in company you can excel and balance at others time and cost
