... about your growth once in a while and does not intrude much when you look busy. Pay is good when compared to other mass recruiters but not upto the mark when compared with actual competition (other large corporate and institutional banks). Jobs are secure here just as long as you keep up your BAU tasks.

Management is turning Indian or has turned Indian mostly. Every new management change cuts costs down which affects employees work life and pay. Have seen 2 allowance cuts in the last 2 years and also leaves have become stricter. Lockdown has brought out the best downsizing moments from management, they're now willingly trying to get people out by offering low raises this year. Work-life balance is tipping in work's favour as teams are short and they're not hiring new people from outside, they're pushing for reshuffle.
