Pay is good when compared to other mass recruiters but not upto the mark when compared with actual competition (other large corporate and institutional banks). Jobs are secure here just as long as you keep up your BAU tasks.

Dislikes

Management is turning Indian or has turned Indian mostly. Every new management change cuts costs down which affects employees work life and pay. Have seen 2 allowance cuts in the last 2 years and also leaves have become stricter. Lockdown has brought out the best downsizing moments from management, they're now willingly trying to get people out by offering low raises this year. Work-life balance is tipping in work's favour as teams are short and they're not hiring new people from outside, they're pushing for reshuffle.

Likes

Company provides good benefits like Bonus, Cab facility and monthly food balance. Work life balance is OK, but sometimes load can be there.

Dislikes

Politics,lack of decesion making management of CIB APS for employees betterment.

...s / tasks / major decision making. No value / recognition of work by Managers. Disparity in designations and salary (it is not based on experience and knowledge) No proper team structure. HR team is very negligent. No value for qualifications / degrees.

The work culture is good, nonmonetary benefits like pick up and drop facility, bus service, canteen etc

Dislikes

Less Package as compared to Industry, Work is very specific to the organization and is not helpful for growth in future

I have been working as a Senior Associate in BNP Paribas India Solutions Pvt Ltd for more than 1 year now and the work-life balance is amazing in the Transformation Office department. The team has a great quality of colleagues who are always ready to help you.

Dislikes

My salary is very low and I feel underpaid. HR should be capable enough to decide on a fair and rational salary instead of hiring candidates for peanuts and then complain about high attrition rate.
