Growth as per profession & salary-wise is terrible. If you want a stable life like an SBI bank employee you can join BNP. It's a good company which provides you security.

Company provides good benefits like Bonus, Cab facility and monthly food balance. Work life balance is OK, but sometimes load can be there.

Politics,lack of decesion making management of CIB APS for employees betterment.

...s / tasks / major decision making. No value / recognition of work by Managers. Disparity in designations and salary (it is not based on experience and knowledge) No proper team structure. HR team is very negligent. No value for qualifications / degrees.

The work culture is good, nonmonetary benefits like pick up and drop facility, bus service, canteen etc

Less Package as compared to Industry, Work is very specific to the organization and is not helpful for growth in future

People oriented organisation. Good work life balance. Mutual respect. Hybrid office. Subsidised meals. Free bus service to limited areas. No lay offs during difficult times.

... Favouritism and backstabbing management moves. Doesn't appreciate free speech. Not aggressive work culture means sub par compensations, appraisals and average bonus. I donot recommend high performing, ambitious and employees with high aspirations join this org.
