Basically, it has an office in my hometown and in the starting phase of my career, it was the best start. My bosses are very kind towards the employees and also the working environment is quite good and favourable.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
