HR Yogi doesn't have any common sense 😬😡 of shortlisting the resume or profile before conducting a direct walk-in interview. He simply scheduling the interview , later on direct meet, he intimating the dress code what to wear. Again , rescheduling on some otherday and intimating that the profile is not matching. This much bigger concern having a stupid HR who doesn't know to shortlist or reject profiles based on experience required before conducting a direct interview. He simply wasting every candidates money and time. Will these concern reimburse the transport money of every candidates?😡.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
