Company don't give any shit of you. For you better career please don't join BMP Technologies & ruin your career. Be aware of BMP Tech. They mention to be on video from login to logout time. which is biggest irritating point. Company don't know what they want to achieve ( just HIRE & FIRE)

...ls. They have very core persons in the system. There is no streamlined process. sometimes the salary also get delayed.

They fired in just 3.5 months... I didn't know anything good about me. They have hire and fire policy. Don't waste your time in joining here.

...or two who are dear to them . They only think of money, always talk about money. They terminated me without any notice on the spot, saying that they can't mange my salary due to budget issue. But reality was different. They will give hike as much as you want and then from 1st day will put pressure on you to give them the assured targets. That's not how a company work. I will never recommend anyone to join BMP. So, please don't go here for the sake of money.

i really enjoy working at BMP Technologies as its not just about the work but also about the people and the culture. At BMP, we are encouraged to think outside the box and also the company truly values work-life balance. Its also nice to be part of the company that ynderstands the importance of its employees, whether it be flexible working hours, work from home options etc. Overall, working at BMP Technologies is nice and it is a place where i fell motivated to grow both personally and professionally.

Helped me to find out Entrepreneur in me Excel in business acumen Sharpen your sales and marketing skills Work life balance is also deuly noted support, You will also enjoy yearly company meeting in lavish resorts.
