Company don't give any shit of you. For you better career please don't join BMP Technologies & ruin your career. Be aware of BMP Tech. They mention to be on video from login to logout time. which is biggest irritating point. Company don't know what they want to achieve ( just HIRE & FIRE)

They fired in just 3.5 months... I didn't know anything good about me. They have hire and fire policy. Don't waste your time in joining here.

...or two who are dear to them . They only think of money, always talk about money. They terminated me without any notice on the spot, saying that they can't mange my salary due to budget issue. But reality was different. They will give hike as much as you want and then from 1st day will put pressure on you to give them the assured targets. That's not how a company work. I will never recommend anyone to join BMP. So, please don't go here for the sake of money.
