Dislikes

This company is growing by manipulating, withholding salary, and fake promises. It does not have HR department, Accounts Department, etc. Your mail to hr and accounts will go unanswered for 4/5 months. This company has scammed employees salary when they are on maternal leave, served notice period, etc. Founder is living his dream life and more focussed towards his personal growth by keeping employees salary on hold for 2/3 months.Forget about promotion, skill development, and job security as such things does not exist here.

The only thing is work from home but yes due to that undue work pressure is there and salary is not on time

Dislikes

They never pay salary on time and complains that they don't have funds to pay PF or salary sometimes they hire fresher get the work done and fire within two months and did not give there salary of two month and after dropping 50 to 60 mails there is no response.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
