This is the only infrastructure consulting company in Pune. It's located centrally. The work is of great quality. Employees are friendly among each other. You will get best quality knowledge, values in water sector in association with the director of the company. This is a great company for those who want to "only learn" water supply and sanitation and reuse.

...transparency, no professional communication and no systematic execution of work. Salary structure is not tax friendly. And none of the facilities below can be even thought of! Employees sat without a/c for 2 years in hot summer! On Mumbai visit live in a hotel in South Mumbai with 2000/-- per night!! There is domination of Marathi people entirely. Never ever join this company if you have worked in a professional company. This is nadir. None of the employees is happy here. All looking.

The company is good for fresher to learn the things,very cooperative teammates, clients are really good.overall a very good experience.

I didn't like the salary and appraisal structure over there.No transparency is there between the salary structure what the mentioned in offer letter and what they give.

No hike. You will get 1 _ 3 ℅ hike on your salary on being good performer. Hr. Is like MD of company. He always gives mental stress to employees. American should take care of Indian branch proactively.
