Working in various workplaces employees 5 to 20000 companies I knew what i don't want in an organization, people thrive when are in an embodiment which values their time and helps an individual grow regardless of their past incapacity. Another day another chance to create, using the resources and human interaction to solve a problem, another step to building home for future.
