...curity very poor. Career growth is not possible, if you work within Blueprint. The Blueprint deduct some part from ones salary as security. Office based job. Travel within company is enjoyable. One become part of company's politics. Working place is silent.

I didnot get appointment letter even after asking many a times on mail. I worked there for more than 6 months.

Company is good, other employees are also good but hr manager worst. She is operation head also. Left job because of her only.

Hr manager/ operation head eating company and other employees job. These type of person never let company grow.

Likes

There is some scope of creativity but limited to the whims and fancies of your manager. They will appreciate you in the first moment and shout in the second. Favouritism is their forte and they stand by it come what may. You will not succeed if you do not have the skills of buttering up your manager and dealing with some physic colleagues. Some of the colleagues are always nice and even one psycho is enough to ruin the whole company environment. Compensation is good but be ready to be sacked at the drop of a hat. All Saturdays are off yet you will find yourself working on all saturdays and even when it is an off, you are expected to work from home like homework in school and show it on Monday.

Dislikes

No job security, dictatorial management, no work life balance, no respect for employee's personal space, and inhuman deadlines.

Likes

BPE is backed with strong financial support by the Management. Products were excellent. I appreciate the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality educational products.

Dislikes

The team of not in safe hands. As the team leader hired by the management is useless fellow and not a good team leader. Top management banks upon business head and publishing head and both are good motivators that why most of the people including myself left our dream project.
