1.There is 0 work life balance. 2. 0 growth opportunities 3. Too much politics done by senior employees and vp. 4. There no management so it is no rule on employee benefit. 5. Vp are worst creatures in this company.they give work when the holiday come. You get total 15 holiday includes government holiday and will ask you to come on holiday. 6. They unofficialy standby on sunday for no reason. 7. If you ask anything or report about anything you will get fired in a day. Lots of employees just leave in just 15days of work. Those who work here are not by choice like they are used to. Everyone want leave when they got offer. 8. It will take 1.5 years to 2years depends when you get first promotion. 9. 9 hrs working from Monday to Saturday includes Sunday standby. 10. If you saw anything positive in reviews it's hoax they push employees to force good reviews in every social media platform. 11. There is no hr nothing is there. The vp who actually worst person i ever met who run the company like whatever she wish to. 12. You always get backstabbing by their boot lickers. 13. They so less after 2 years you will just get 4 to 5 % increase where there bootlickers are 40 to 50%. So its upto you. 14. The last, there 0 exploration treating employees like an animal. Lots of male and female employees too much on anxiety and depressed.

disgraceful they don't have any sympathy for employee if you work for 10hrs it doesn't matter for them they want do more. If you have some medical issues they don't have any concern about them they don't give you any leaves just leave the job. even you can't eat properly and they give tea with counting
