Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Only the problem is salary for the freshers atleast CTC is 3.5 Lac per annum is good for start the career

Dislikes

Work culture is hilarious.salary is very low as compare to other company. Work pressure is very high. MD is involved in every part even he can take your reporting.

The behaviour of company towards employees is very bad .They treat btech passout students like helpers .The company provide work like helpers like to operate machines,packing , removing scrap. The owners mindset is so cheap he thinks everyone is fool except him. Worst company to work. Please don't ever think to join . Quality of product is also not good ,in simple there is nothing like quality check in the company. Nothing to learn and grow in this company.
