They do not provide mandatory leaves and expect us to work for more than 10 hours on the daily basis . ( they dont even provide leave for voting as well) really not a good place for operations department .

Poor financial condition of the company. Lot of higher position layoffs

Dislikes

No good projects. The leadership is not visionary and tech friendly. The are focussing on NBFC leg and not the fintech leg. So join for NBFC but not fintech. Strict micromanagement of hours tracking in office, else loss of payment.

I am working in Propelld from last 7 months nd i got superb environment from here ..all team members are very supportive nd experienced i am learning so many things from here ...nd i really like to working with propelld Thankyou.

I liked this company very much because it meets people who are well versed in it and also gives good customer response.

The only thing I didn't like about this is that whatever your designation is, it is not on paper.
