Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Fulll of Internal politics, No insurance for your family members on 30yr old company, Very less wages there maximum cap is Upto 40k for 5yrs old employee if you have reached the cap they will try to maintain that cap by decreasing the increment, They claim first and third sat to be holiday but it’s all fake all days are working they will make you to do so, No foreign opportunities will be given if any opportunity is there then they will be given only to there set of people’s not others. Now a days even a newly emerged company’s offers min of 30k for freshers but there maximum salary for is 40k for the employe who works for there organisation more then 5yrs .If you are shortlisting then you may think wisely
