Worst company culture, lots of politics inside staffs and management, salary not in time and without intimation HR dedicated amount as his commission against salary from employees.

Dislikes

...re. Very bad behaviour with abusive language from top management to employees. Salary distribution is pathetic. No timeline for job schedule and no week off and other cl, pl, sl provide by company.

There is nothing to like about the company. The only positive thing to take up from the company is how every employee respects each other.

Dislikes

No culture. The company really stands for money minting. The employees are nothing but a paid worker. The working conditions are bad with zero job security. There lies no such concept of offer letter or release letter.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this.
