No good work culture, no work life balance, have to work twice of your capacity as there is less support staff here. Training sessions are a rare occurrence. Customer oriented..hence employees are on the receiving side.

Good work environment and culture. Security is good and they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Blood suckers, Quite pressure towards monthly target, Lot of formats like data entry, top levels are benefitting more through junior and mid level team

... at Blue Star is its culture, people and the support you get from people around. Though the salary compensation & growth path for Blue Star long timers is often neglected at times, but the people and culture sets the trend! Way to go, Blue Star!

It is best place to learn about different refrigeration systems and would help in creating a good base for future.

Dislikes

Salary is less as graduate trainee, and no assure of future geting promoted to staff. Also no benefits in graduate trainee as to those as permanent.
