Only salary u will get more than market rate, if u have negotiated well before joining. Mediclaim is only 2 for full family.

Dislikes

There is no new learning, its only CKD plant.If u happen to report join with Tamilian boss, ur life will be hell. He will all time show u down. HR is also helpless. I personally dont recommend anyone.

...eople. Mr. AB, ARS, Anil Singh cheated previous company's employee (AMW motors). They have not paid 500 + employees' salary, F&F, PF and gratuity amount. Be careful BECV employees, banks and suppliers, vendors, contractors. this may happen to you.
