Job security until i didn't make any mistake. Supportive management. Company didn't deduct a single penny during lockdown periods and give salary hike too.

Technology and software which bluedart use is not up to the market. And the forticlient, i don't know why we need a supporting application to access our system.

it is very difficult to found infrastructure need at any place or location. and way to talk to the people here especially senior management is not right. 16 hrs of work is done here in 24 hrs. if you don't then you are wrong staff. senior management take action against you.

Teammates are supportive & management is not transparent.Company policies sre good but appraisails are not fair and salary hike is good but no bonous.
