Only Good thing about BLS was on time Salary.

Dislikes

1. First off the management is incredibly unprofessional and toxic. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, they thrive on intimidating employees, creating a slavery culture of fear rather than collaboration. 2. Any feedback or innovative ideas were quickly dismissed and it felt like nobody wanted to take responsibility for their mistakes often placing blame on others instead. 3. Co workers were just as bad. Instead of camaraderie, was met with gossip, backstabbing and a general lack of trust. It seemed like everyone was more interested in undermining each other than working together. There was a constant sense of competition that had nothing to do with performance and everything to do with personal agendas. 4. Work life balance is non existent here. The expectations are unrealistic and overtime is expected without any compensation or acknowledgment. Burnout is rampant, yet management turns a blind eye to the high turnover rate, as if it's just a normal part of doing business. 5. To make matters worse the office environment itself is chaotic and disorganised. Communication is poor leading to confusion and frustration among employees. It's clear that the leadership has no vision or direction and it shows in the workplace atmosphere. 6. If you value your mental health and career growth I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies out there that value their employees and foster a positive work culture. BLS is not one of them. Save yourself the headache and toxic stress - You'd be better off anywhere else

Dear sir My transfer was done without asking me and I asked to HR Dm and Hr sir to stop my transfer many times but I was not listened to, so I got angry like this giving a week's notice and put the resign while i didn't want to do this because I just wanted to get my transfer attention to them but they approved my resign on next day without talking to me even once, while I told them at the same time that I want to do this job now but I was postponed saying that That is not the case right now, I was worked in Kala Afghana Seva Kendra in Gurdaspur earlier for 2 years but later I was transferred without asking me but now I am jobless.Sir There was a big reason for not getting transferred to my Kalanaur sewa Kendra but I was not listened to. I request that my point be taken care of.

...ELSE you may see appraisal once in 2 years. If you are late by more than 10 min. your half day salary will be deducted. Salary cut during Covid-19 in the name of WFH. Only 50% salary was given as per the companies WFH policy. You can be fired immediately , without giving any notice. Don't expect any skill development facility
