For 1 week they seems to be very supportive.

Dislikes

If suppose the target is not be achieved in a day or in a week then you will get salary deduction and also as a punishment you will work full time on weekly off and also if you failed to get any closure for the month, you will get fired from the company.

Company can't Hike the salary, in this company give the partiality to the recommendations people for those people only they hike the salary's, whose working , or whom not working they won't see they will see only recommendations persons only.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
