Here in bengaluru GM is worst entertains 2 culprits Ashish and Ompradeep waste fellows just involve themselves in front office work and try to fire employee to hide there mischief. Stealing money in every possibly way.

Working with SOP, culture,team work and v.good environment etc.

Although company was v.good but issues regarding salary hike, shortage staff (some times) but they have and me also mannage our shift smoothly.......🙏

Nothing ... everything is like hell to work here no food no work life balance only they support their native employees

Everything is here to dislike the manager always used to saty in hotel the duty manager always used to stay in hotel like their own hotel .. always giving order to do their personal work..

Working hours is more that 12 hours you should work in a month atleast u have to work for 12 - 15 days they say it's a bloom policy , staff food is also not good, even after complaining so many times managers don't even care about the staff,

Behavior of GM (Mr.Shoib) & chef sunil sharma was of other level towards guests as well as employees they run the property on there own will not good management at all even they are passing bad comments to lady guests, I worked there from April to june of this year suddenly my GM told me there is no need of you anymore I m still waiting for the reason why I was offered and why I was fired actually chef sunil sharma and Mr. Shoaib set there own team so that nobody can complain against them even HR from delhi is supporting them.
