Human Resource Department is the worst He hire the staff and promises that will promote in 3 months or 6 months after got know that he lied. I was joined as Commi 2 Indian and Had to leave because of the false promises. I request you all please do not join this Bloom Hotel & Management is fraud and Human Resource Department is Also fraud.

It's deffrent software using own one initiative is good. Salary comparatively market segment good. Job security is average. For learning is good plateform.

Specially need to improve professionalism. Decorum. Discipline Follow there posh properly not Only make a comittee. Work environment is Very hectic in Reservation department specially. Reservation Manager specially Ms.Sushma and her colleague Mr. Laksh chauhan no etiquettes and specially Mr.Laksh very disturbing candidate poking , taking ragging in department.

No work life balance is there in the company specifically in the Human Resources department, attrition and employee turnover rate is very high. No job security and trainings are provided, only join as the last available opportunity.

I joined this organization as an Assistant. Human Resource Talent Acquisition but had a very disappointing experience. The General Manager HR exhibited unprofessional behavior, making the work environment stressful. I also noticed a troubling pattern where employees were laid off after six months. The management creates excessive pressure and forces employees to resign instead of providing a fair work culture. This practice is unethical and negatively impacts careers. I strongly advise against joining this company, as it does not value employees' time or professional growth. Instead, seek opportunities with reputable organizations that offer stability and respect for their workforce.

Although company was v.good but issues regarding salary hike, shortage staff (some times) but they have and me also mannage our shift smoothly.......🙏
