No work life balance is there in the company specifically in the Human Resources department, attrition and employee turnover rate is very high. No job security and trainings are provided, only join as the last available opportunity.

The Manager Mr. Anand the Hotel Manager his behavior is Very rude and do micro Manager & I left because of him as well as others staffs and No response from Human Resource team. Bad Management.

I joined this organization as an Assistant. Human Resource Talent Acquisition but had a very disappointing experience. The General Manager HR exhibited unprofessional behavior, making the work environment stressful. I also noticed a troubling pattern where employees were laid off after six months. The management creates excessive pressure and forces employees to resign instead of providing a fair work culture. This practice is unethical and negatively impacts careers. I strongly advise against joining this company, as it does not value employees' time or professional growth.
