Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration, I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Nothing, earlier the work culture was pretty good but sine the merger with Zomato happened, Zomato's culture has taken over in all the departments and it's completely disappointing now.

The internal politics, peanuts in increments, no diwali bonus, HRs won't give a damn about your issues. Everything about the work culture at Zomato & Blinkit in the social media is a myth or lie being spread.
