A Blinkit delivery agent was caught riding his bike on a footpath, allegedly due to the pressure of meeting the 10-minute delivery promise. 🔹 Blinkit responded, apologizing and stating that they do not condone traffic violations and have alerted their store partner. 🔹 Bengaluru City Police acknowledged the post and urged citizens to report such incidents via online portal ⚡This is how they fulfill the 10-minute delivery promise. ⚡ A few years ago, there were no delivery agents. Today, people demand food instantly, putting immense pressure on these workers and the road is filled with delivery bikes and scooters Is instant delivery culture making our roads unsafe? The good thing about the company is initial compensation that it provides to its Engineer.In initial phase,you will get some learning but after that you get to know even these guys don't have clear vision towards their product.They are over passionate with no clear vision.

Dislikes

1. Most pathetic work culture I have ever seen. 2. No job security: you aren't confident whether next day you would have job in your hand or not. 3. Not that much good appraisal as compare to other start ups. 4. No clear vision towards product. 5. Trainings: That word doesn't exist. 6. Work life balance: They laugh at this sentence.
