Nothing, earlier the work culture was pretty good but sine the merger with Zomato happened, Zomato's culture has taken over in all the departments and it's completely disappointing now.

The internal politics, peanuts in increments, no diwali bonus, HRs won't give a damn about your issues. Everything about the work culture at Zomato & Blinkit in the social media is a myth or lie being spread.

Good pay scale and u will learn new things and new sops running out everydat as it's a growing company

Work life balance is worst sometimes there are many calls on Sunday as well... If u want work life balance don't join at all

Everything Less salary, So much pressure, disturbed personal life, upper management not supportive, no bonus, no benifits, can't celebrate your special days like festival and birthdays and everything is worst here.

Working time is so long there is no policy to regulize short attendence no CL Pl and other type of leave and not secure job because they hire 3rd party person which they move and dispose any time.

I worked for 1.5 years as Team leader in Blinkit. I would like to say that there is exact time for duty hours.

...ortunately my senior said to me that no need come to office with out any reason. They work on manpower cost cutting.
