I worked for 1.5 years as Team leader in Blinkit. I would like to say that there is exact time for duty hours.

... this job is not secure for future career. No one can do this job for long term. Salary 10th after 9 pm.Very bad experience.

Working in is very beautifull memory to me I enjoyed a lot with work culture and the team we superb

Salary I was not satisfied with it they should improve it and cl and pl should be provided to employees

Job Security ( only if you are capable to handle work at any time of the day or night) Maternity/Paternity leaves are equal for both men and women.

Forgot about your personal life, Managers invades your personal life. Lesser experience or fresher may get more salary then the experience one.
