Don't fall under positive review on LinkedIn; those are paid reviews that this organization is giving 1000₹ for the video. Don't trust your HR manager or recruiter. 90% of them are providing false information while joining the organization. They will tell you we will give or we have hybrid work or work remotely, but once you sign the joining letter, they directly say you either came to the office regularly or left the organization. One thing I want to highlight is that you should read the joining letter properly because there are many hidden clauses mentioned, but HR never told you or just denied that on call. HR policies are changing monthly.

Management is pathetic and are very inefficient. Always spend time in strategy planning without any outcomes. Incompetent people have been hired and promoted to Head of Departments and are not deserving for the designation they have been hired. They call themselves as Venture Builder but most of the policies are those of a BPO. Dont have bench policy hence no Job secuirty.

...subject-related questions - you will see what they bring to the table (nothing). Your salary will be below the market rate. Bosses - managers & senior management have no idea what they are doing - so many wrong decisions by seniors, and juniors have to pay the price. The seniors, at least for the product team, never take responsibility and the team suffers. Some favourite employees misbehave with females, and the management does not take any action. Some people are allowed to work from home indefinitely while others must come to the office even during emergencies and illnesses. If you are not a bootlicker, you will suffer here. UK counterparts can enjoy long holidays without disturbance. But Indians must be available during leave, holidays, and weekends - East India Company left and Blenheim Chalcot took its place. Beware - well-qualified people from elite institutes (tier 1 B schools) were lured by this company - 90% of them declined the offer. I wonder why. There is a basic infrastructure shortage - no chairs, no pantry to sit and eat in peace. You ask for a chair and they lash out at you as if it's your fault there is no chair. It's fun though, a game of musical chairs every day. HR is useless and will definitely throw you under the bus. If you are thinking of joining - check the LinkedIn profiles of all senior management folks. See the quality of your peers.
