I simply hope there was something to even like about the organisation. Petty politics, manager appeasement filled the entire floor. In simple words, stay away from such an organisation.

Dislikes

...ng here was working in 1800's era, where whatever the boss says is always right. They do not follow their own policies, ask to leave employees without paying their compensation. The entire atmosphere in the organisation was messed up.

Salary and work promotions are good and timely.

Dislikes

Worst work culture for people specially in management, and regular lay-off in December month. Company endorses only tech people and reward them only. Senior cto, unit heads etc. interfere too much in middle management work and favours their tech peoples and harrases managers. Company has set aside a time to fire /lay-off peoples in December month every year. They don't care for employees and their family. At first they don't cover your parents in company insurance and when you pay extra to include them then the policy terminates immediately in December month due to layoffs. Not good for senior peoples specially in management.

Work life balance is manageable, sometimes there would be a pressure but most of the time you will feel free if you are done with your task.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not good, unfair treatment with employee based on salary and designation, your junior can get more pay than you. Policies are applied to its employee based on designation.

Salary is paid on time. You will not be laid-over unless you have a bad attitude or poor work performance. You get to learn new technologies.

Dislikes

The hike offered to an employee is generally around 5-8% (10% if exceptional) but that's not much if you joined at a lower salary. They do not readjust salary based on your work experience and performance (unless you show that you deserve it and repeatedly ask for it). Managers don't know anything that's going on in the project unless something breaks.

Average salary and hikes. Clients can be annoying sometimes but you can move them.
