Only good thing is their pay is little bit better than the industry benchmark.

Pathetic culture, longest shift hours of 9.5hrs in the industry, too much politics, you get peanut in appraisal and promotions are based on favouritism. 3rd party nonsense. Avoid joining this company.

The intense project pressure on makers contrasts with the relaxed schedules of reviewers. I often reflect positively on the day I left the firm, given the lack of support received from my lead. Managers like Kamesh, tend to hire only their acquaintances and create an environment that focus others to leave, making room for their own circle. Even HR seems powerless, likely due to backing from higher leadership

Salary is better compared to other similar roles, except that nothing.

Culture, training, management, and whatnot... They don't provide you with proper training and expect 100% from you. They have the worst culture, even though you put forward your concerns and issues with the senior manager, nothing is going to change and they do favors to only those bootlickers. The HR's are the worst of a kind, they won't take any action and try to back the managers which doesn't make sense. There is no learning. They do shadow fund accounting and they claim it as end-to-end fund accounting. Most of the people in my team already left. Better avoid or consider it as a last option.
