- Work culture is good (except for sales & Tech Support Employees). - Office space is good.

-Very Low Salary. - I don't understand the logic behind not giving WFH. - Complete work from office for accounts and finance department, they will not give WFH, the manager will reject your request and ask you to take leave instead.

They will provide your salary on time. If someone is new to banglore, they can work here for sometime may be 2 - 3 month until you get a good job.

Dislikes

Do not apply here for the job because neither employees are satisfied nor their customer. 2). Team leaders of company treat you as a personal servent and insult you whenever they want. 3). You will work on high pressure with no self respect. If the target is completed they will ask to work more otherwise they will insult you in front of all other employees. 4). Two sunday of the month is compulsory to work along with week days. 5). Job timing - 10A.M - 8:30P.M, sometime it extends to 9:30 P.M This is the worst culture of company. Now choice is yours. Work culture is so pathetic, seniors behaviour is very crucial and pathetic,my senior Mr Dinesh Modi,who is Hitler type of man .He dohave any manner and a ruthless person,who don't deserve any respect

Work Culture, No job security, Always changing policy after every 2 months, no career progression, will be stuck at same place when you join unless you know to do politics.

Flexible timings for wor life balance.. But need to be ready to work at anytime..

ASM pressure for target.. They're not ready to appreciate Always scolding and threatening like Your Salary will be hold, you need to meet PIP. The worst case is these things will happen by second month itself.
