Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

Pay always on time and other appraisal.. no need work out of the time

Please support every employee on their crucial stage, mannerly behaviour from there responsible manager and helping hand who have already potential towards work...

While working here, you will not feel that you are working in a company. The more you work, the more salary you will get. If you want your full salary at the end of the month, then you will have to complete many types of door breakers, otherwise you will get your salary with deduction. Here you will not get even 1% support in the name of HR, you will have to beg the manager for everything from your salary to your work

- Work culture is good (except for sales & Tech Support Employees). - Office space is good.

Dislikes

-Very Low Salary. - I don't understand the logic behind not giving WFH. - Complete work from office for accounts and finance department, they will not give WFH, the manager will reject your request and ask you to take leave instead.

There is no Hr for the name sale only ... No hike.. No promotions High level politics Iam working here since 5 years Week hr team depends on high level managers

No value for the ground level staff but company survive on them in starting Blackbuck was very straight but now not management depends on high level managers, but they are not working on ground....hr not taken decisions as per hr only policy they're also depended on high level management
