No support, salary deductions, asking people to leave jobs, top management cares for no one but themselves.

There is a lot of politics in the management and the people who are crushed in all of this are the regular associates, the growth is negative. People managing the company do not the work of the associates or how to manage the company.

Salary is less comparatively but you have lots of things to learn like client handling, coordinating with clients , handling mass recruitment etc.,

This reflects in the PF contributions as well. Secondly, the organization offers various opportunities to grow laterally as well as horizontally.
