All over good company to do work but some time having politics in department. As a same department, Same level staff like Site Engineer having work same but salary varies. I think depending on the 1 / 6 month month output for Increment. But there no any records. All PM, Sr. Pm not right report. Please future staffy Clearly support direct HR department. As per knowledge please I request you.

Poor management, During hiring HR will not tell you anything clearly about the salary deduction, BLK will deduct electricity bill, gas bill from your salary if you opted to stay in company provided bachelor accommodation

There are many resources that company provides for working.

Dislikes

This is no place for career oriented candidates. No senior is technical. Salary is delayed for 3months (so if you have loans or any commitment you can go to other company). No employee benefits. No increment. No PG compensation. HR manager is least bothered about employees. He will talk to you only during selection process. After that he forgets everything about employees. Over all this company doesn't think about employee growth. Very bad experience.

Work culture is good, you do have a secure job for sure and management is supportive.

Dislikes

Delay in salary, no fixed time of salary, do not expect increament yearly, it will be in 3-4 years, growth is very slow
