Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Colleagues were too supportive

Leads doesn't even work but they expect 100%from employees and simply they are getting paid for nothing ,Bizviz Technologies is using their own tool(BDB) for Data visualisation that will not be helpful for joining other companies , because as we know that outside everyone are using either Powerbi or Tableau, so please be aware of it before joining, I heard these days no one are getting full salary and CEO doesn't even respect the Employees....

This is a very good company for a fresher, I had joined as a fresher and I got to learn many things form this company. This company has friendly environment, gives very good appraisal as compared to MNCs. I won't say anything about work-life balance because it is up to the employee only.
