It was a good environment for me to work there. The co-employees/colleagues are good when working. But when comes to unity, no one will come front, because management will twist their words

Dislikes

There will be a long list. First salary, They won't give increment so easily. Even if you perform very hard, you won't get it easily. They will show partiality. There will be secret CID'd in the office, who will here all the gossips and they let know all the things to management. So don't trust anyone(ANYONE). In every five persons, 2 persons are secret CIDs. Management, there is one person in the management who is not even can able to work equally with level1 employees. He feels like owner of the company, gives no respect, always criticizes the other person, no encouragement, and always shows partiality Even they don't provide you experience certificate. When you join the company there will be no rules. But when you want to quit, all the loopholes will come out. Think twice when you join And finally, I'm still thankful that they hired me to work for 2Y when I was in need of money...

The working culture is good and the management is very supportive, especially for freshers this is a right platform to build their career. Lot more knowledge sharing happens in here and I am proud to say that I am a part of this Wonderful company called BIZRAK WEBSOLUTIONS P LTD.
