I personally like to learn and work in an environment which accepts talent over Flattery and I was fortunate to get a company like this which promotes no nonsense work culture. This helped me a lot by contributing in my learning curve, filling my bucket of knowledge with enough skills to thrive and sustain anywhere.

Dislikes

I don’t encourage alternate Saturdays off, as personal space and time should be offered to the employee to maintain our mental strength and come up with fresh minds on Mondays. This is the only thing to dislike but not a barrier to stop walking towards this company.

Bizionic India branches is involved in inhouse SaaS products building there own products and research and development, so jumping between different products and services based research and business requirements process is very challenging and immense satisfactory. A truly Professional and Respectful Work Culture, the management here embodies and respectful western work culture. i have never witness any shouting, or swearing or inappropriate behaviour from the management or any team (they discourage any nonsense attitude in the office). Which stand in stark contrast to the culture we witness working other Indian management companies. Kudos to the management team for fostering this inspiring and clean work atmosphere.
