Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

bogus organization and fake interviews scheduled by HR chetna they run fake and scammy hiring process in which they will send you invites for interviews but when it comes to interview time the co founder ritesh suddenly gets busy most timepass and bogus company to waste your time in interviews for they are just doing timepass... refrain from giving interviews here
