...ement forces employees to resign or else blackmails to issue termination letter. This comes with zero severance and zero notice pay. -Some teams have 15 to 20 employees, as a result of which, your individual contribution is never highlighted or appreciated. - The management is extremely biased, not only with employees, but also with locations. - There is an irritatingly extreme level of micro-management within the company. Instead of doing proper work, the management spends more time in tracking people's screen time, login locations and judge employees based on that.

hr team is terrible, they won't listen to you and you will have to follow whatever company demands otherwise they will deduct from your salary. They are manipulative, and they only care about company and not you.

My team was good. But understand that it is a tyre 3 company where you cant expect much. just try to learn and take up new skills and move forward as soon as possible. If you are thinking of staying in such companies for long than you will loose in long term.

Dislikes

There HR department is worst. The pay disparity between members of team is very high. My teammates with same position were being paid half of what I was being paid also the increment is not what you would expect if you are working in a small org. You may also find hard to get Full and final settlement. My earnest review: Join the company but don't stay here for long. The quality of work is poor. Also , If you are joining just for pay , you may wait for some better company. If you are already working in good of medium company , don't join this company. I am not telling this as a frustrated ex. employee. I joined the company at my own will and left at my own. I left a great company to join this company but did not stay here for long.

Don't know how to start it's very terrible and a horrible experience for me Just hire and fire Nothing to learn Team lead are with zero experience of coding they will put everything on you and forces you to done within a single day which is not possible, and lastly if it is not done then they will put it every responsibility and blame to you only In my case the forces me to resign even though I work for more than 2 years for this company but the forces me to put the papers otherwise they will write bed experience in my experience letter Even they did not provide me notice period and single rupee Please don't join if you have any of the other offer letter They don't know how a company run Management are very bad behaviour with employee they don't know how to treat employee they think we are labour

Hard work is recognised, colleague are helpful

Dislikes

Learning is flat, work life balance is bad because of high work load, for every bonus there is a bond, management is not good, appraisals are not up to the mark
