Salary compensation and benefits are terrible appraisal are literally good for nothing. Managers are not supportive at all. It's not like bitwise was a bad organisation but in pre COVID times bitwise was the amazing organisation, but now it's going worse day by day. Organisation should pay attention to the managers they are literally torturing.

Very bad work culture. Not a place where work life balance exist. The people who are there from long time don't behave properly with the new guys. They try to put immense pressure from the beginning which effect one's performance. Not at all recommend this organization to anyone.
