They are using modern technology like react node AWS etc Colleagues are helpful and understanding except one person in the top level.

Nothing is impressive 1. Salary is not credited on time 2. No self-respect. If you have no self-respect then this company can be your choice 3. They (especially one person in the top level) can insist you to do work on Sunday also. 4. Forget about Increment. Increment may be mentioned in your offer letter, but they try to avoid even any discussions on your increment.
