I have been working in Bista for 2 years, initially, I liked the woking style of particular one department which is IT. slowly I have understood the company entirely lost control over practices which change as per management's mood

It's a great place to work with! The work life at Bista is so comfortable and home like and everyone employee is given equal scope of growth. You are free to implement new ideas and ways to solve the task on hand. The team members are very enthusiastic and cooperative. The managers are understanding and support you in every way. Its place company where if you prove your worth you will be valued and uplifted by the management

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
