Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

...ire you for other role and after joining it will be different 4. Lala system 5. Salary is not as per market standards 6. Old generation vs new generation competition 7. Low salary high expectations 8. No PIP etc if your manager not satisfied with your job he will not discuss on improvement direct fire 9. Humans doesn’t work here devils work here 10. Logistics is horrible

Nothing like, only politics and harressment from senior managers, abuse language is very common to lady manager. Co packer are their mai baap. 100 %non compliance in company. Chairman is might not aware about all.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
