Nothing like, only politics and harressment from senior managers, abuse language is very common to lady manager. Co packer are their mai baap. 100 %non compliance in company. Chairman is might not aware about all.

...nagement is transparent. There is a hugu cafeteria gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I personally feel the company is very good as they provided full salary during covid but i feel the management at Andheri plant is pathetic as they dnt believe in promotions according to merit.

Low salary high expectations 8. No PIP etc if your manager not satisfied with your job he will not discuss on improvement direct fire 9. Humans doesn’t work here devils work here 10. Logistics is horrible

What ever u performing very well there is no growth on your salary and promotions etc.cheap politics undergoing on asm and sm level they could appreciate all ur achievements but won’t give u growth for ur career it means salary hike and promotions sales officer ll be always ll be a sales officer even he performing high level sustain 4 years more
